Just a reminder for those who know, and new info for those who don't, O's Cool Ice Cream is REAL ice cream, meaning not "soft serve" or not just a frozen dessert. It is super premium grade ice cream per USDA criteria standards. There are no additives, no preservatives, no chemicals, no artificial flavors, no MSG, no gluten, no gum, and no high fructose corn syrup in my unique ice cream. It's rich in vitamins A&D and high in protein and calcium. I also use a very minimal amount of sugar and in some flavors I don't use any at all.

Keep in mind there really is no such thing as "sugar free" ice cream if it is made with real milk and real cream because milk/cream contain lactose which is itself a sugar. I can't make a claim that my ice cream is "healthy" but I can make a claim that it is the healthiest ice cream you can buy compared to what you would buy at a grocery store.

I call it ice cream just for ease of use but it s actually a 3 part fusion of Gelato, Frozen custard, and Ice cream combined. There are no fillers and I do not whip a bunch of air into the mixture to increase my yields. In other words, I do not dilute my ice cream so you are getting a richer, denser, more flavorful product only using a half dozen ingredients or less, depending on the flavor.

I try my best to stay humble but bottom line, there really is no competition. I super-slow churn it in a bucket with rock-salt and ice just like grandma use to do but I use only the best ingredients I can find. Most businesses mainly focus on profits and how to make investors rich by maximizing those profits. In this business model, quantity is king. I operate differently. My focus and philosophy is qualitative. I believe in making the best product possible without taking shortcuts or cutting corners. As always, Quality Counts!
