O's Cool Ice Cream is a super premium gourmet mobile ice cream parlor based in the Louisville KY area and can be seen at festivals, fairs, wedding receptions, reunions, ice cream socials, parties, farmer's markets, flea markets, parks, school events, church events, car shows, fundraisers, and anywhere else where there are large crowds are gathered within a 200 mile radius of Louisville.

There is also an ice cream cart available for indoor events such as corporate functions, expos, birthday parties, catering, luncheons, and other indoor functions.

Established in NC in 2006, O's Cool Ice Cream has created a unique ice cream/gelato/frozen custard FUSION product that is unlike anything you can buy in stores, shops, or other ice cream parlors. It has a very unique consistency, texture, using ingredients found in high quality premium gelato that is slowly churned in a wooden bucket with rock salt and ice like old fashioned ice cream.

 

Standard flavors on the menu include Double Dutch Mocha Chocolate, Fontaine Ferry Vanilla, Fresh Strawberry, Perfect Peach (summer season), Cookies & Cream, Country Banana, Real Maple Nut, and Pumpkiny Pumpkin (fall season). Other flavors can be made upon request.

The ice cream is the star but other items available at times are shave ice (Flavors are Tiger's Blood, Blue Hawaiian, and Vanilla Ice), Freshly Squeezed Honey Bloo Blue Lemonade (a cocktail made with real honey, blueberries and lemons) and depending on the venue, Mexican cuisine, shish kabobs, corn dogs, pretzels, candy apples, and more.

When not participating in a show, function, or event, O's Cool Ice Cream can be found at 8270 Dixie Hwy (Hillview intersection Next to Timmy's Car wash) 12-8pm Tue-Sat and 12-6 Sun. May-Oct. (Grubhub delivery coming soon!)
